This is a handheld winch chassis quick release plate. This plate can be bolted or welded to tube steel, or flat surface, and allows hour portable winch chassis the ability to quickly slide in and out for more versatility.
This is just the plate, and does not include the winch chassis, which may be purchased HERE.
